We consider how to rework your finished dissertation with an eye towards transforming your research into a more refined and confident argument. This workshop also explores the book proposal as is the essential first step towards publishing in the humanities. We aim to demystify what university press editors are actually looking for in a book proposal, including audience, market fit, and chapter structure, and help participants understand what to expect from the university press
